Clinical Governance
The Business Development Consultancy has worked a range of primary and secondary health bodies to develop their approach to and infrastructure for clinical governance. Central to this is a model of clinical governance within which clients can locate key tasks and processes in a coherent and organisation specific manner. In addition to implementation support, the Business Development Consultancy has also developed a clinical governance assessment process that allows client organisations to assess progress on a Directorate-by-Directorate and on a corporate basis. The use of this process has supported implementation, focused investment and development and helped prepare for validation visits.
