About the workshop
Life today is so hectic that we often say 'I wish I had more time' and the work environment is not exempt either. The NHS faces many challenges today and to be effective managers we need to manage our time effectively as well as be focused on achieving our goals and targets.
This workshop will provide a practical approach to managing and using your time more effectively to address the time pressures facing you and to assist you in achieving your goals and being more focused on important targets at work.

Those individuals who want to identify where they could maximise their use of time in every day roles, projects and initiatives and to develop strategies to achieve work related goals and targets.

By the end of the workshop, each participant will

- Identify key time wasting activities in the working day
- Develop strategies for managing their time more effectively
- Understand basic principles of objective setting
- Identify how work can be organised to achieve better results
- Develop personal strategies to maintain a focus on achieving results
