Change is a constant feature of organisational life today. The NHS is no exception to this and to be effective, managers need to be able to understand the nature of change, how to manage the change process and to lead people through turbulent times.
This workshop provides a practical insight into change management and focuses on the key actions managers need to take to manage change successfully.
