About the workshop

Individuals have to negotiate with and influence others every day of their working lives. Successful 'negotiators and influencers' are able to build strong relationships, exert greater influence on colleagues and present a positive image of themselves and their organisation.

This workshop has been designed to help participants to understand the principles of effective negotiating and influencing and to enhance their ability to communicate confidently in a variety of settings.
