About the workshop
An understanding of personal managerial effectiveness and style and the impact that this has on work and colleagues is vital to individual success. This workshop has been designed to help participants explore their individual style and to look at ways of improving personal effectiveness, particularly in the areas of effective time management, with a focus on meetings.

Workshop objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand their 'personality' type and its impact on personal effectiveness and preferred way of operating and working
- Be able to apply the principles of self management and time management
- Understand how to make meetings effective, including chairing and controlling discussions

A range of self-assessment tools and techniques, case studies and exercises will be used to provide you with workable solutions.
