About the workshop
In the face of continual organisational change and the clear need to provide high quality services, it is essential that team leaders get the very best from the people they manage. Being a successful team leader in today's Health Service demands a broader understanding of the needs of the organisation and the skills to motivate team members to deliver results.
This workshop has been designed to assist those leading single or multidisciplinary teams to develop an understanding of what makes an effective team.

By the end of the workshop, each participant will:

- Be able to motivate, manage and lead their team to achieve results

- Be able to implement the winning team model
