Coaching is the quickest and most effective method of developing staff. This workshop has been designed to equip those who manage others with the ability to coach their staff to greater levels of competence and confidence. Good coaching and performance management leads to self-motivation and attitude that is oriented towards solutions rather than problems and avoidance.

- Leadership styles explained
- Leadership style questionnaire and coaching as a managerial style
- The GROW model for development coaching
- Facilitation techniques including verbal/non verbal communication
- Feedback - the key rules for coaches to follow
- Practical sessions
