This workshop provides an opportunity to review your current position, to consider what you really want and to identify the most appropriate route for your career in order to make the best use of abilities and experience.

The workshop is practical in nature and is designed to give you time to think through your aspirations in a way that will help you to draw some conclusions about the next steps. A range of self-assessment tools and techniques will be used to help you to think through these issues.
