With the current pace of change in the NHS more and more people are facing major career choices. This workshop provides an opportunity to review your current position, to consider what you really want and to identify the most appropriate route for your career in order to make the best use of abilities and experience.

- Considered and understood your main career anchors
- Defined career objectives
- Established an action plan

- Reviewing career interests
- Identifying personal strengths, qualities and abilities
- Understanding self and career anchors
- Developing objectives and an action plan
- Methods of meeting needs/development opportunities
- Individual help and support
The workshop is practical in nature and is designed to give you time to think through your aspirations in a way that will help you to draw some conclusions about the next steps. A range of self-assessment tools and techniques will be used to help you to think through these issues.
