Consultancy undertakes a significant amount of work, which would fall
under the banner of Training Consultancy. This can involve quite small project,
perhaps lasting one day, helping specific work teams to identify issues
and solutions to larger assignments lasting over a period of months. Often
this work will include the design of management development programmes,
which again may last anything from half a day to several months. However,
