Increasingly we live and work in an 'evidence based' world. The BDC recognises this and we offer our clients a range of services that respond to the demands placed on them to underpin strategic, investment and service improvement decisions. These include operational research and programme evaluation. We can undertake research on your behalft or support research undertakne by you.
Our OR work covers research into organisational and team performance, leadership, quality improvement, staff satisfaction, service user satisfaction, evaluation of roles and return on investment. The outcomes from work of this ty[e are usually 'operational' in that they address day to day issues encountered in organisaitons and the findings are used to inform and revise the delivery of services, create culture change and impact upon leadership and managerial behaviours.
