The Business
Development Consultancy has a particular orientation towards public
service organisations and in particular how they are defined and structured,
relate to their environment, how they are lead, develop and articulate their
goals and deliver services to their users.
Here the term organisation is used in the broadest sense. This may include a large multi-site complex organisation e.g. a major Foundation Trust; a multi-functional geographical and socially diverse organisation e.g. a Primary Care Trust; an entire discipline or function e.g. the staff of a private school, or a front line service delivery team e.g. the training department of a Local Authority. Typically, our role is to support such clients and to enable them to define, manage and deliver their organisational and service outputs in a complex and ever changing environment.
