Our work in this area has increased considerably in recent years and has involved us working with the former Health Authorities, Primary Care Trusts and - in some instances - individual GP practices. The work with Primary Care Trusts can focus upon organisational design and structure. As these organisations matured so the needs of clients have shifted to include Professional Executive Committee development; the identification of organisational development needs, programme development and delivery; and performance management. However with the ever changing landscape within Health and Social Care needs will again change along with organisational form and purpose.
