The Business Development Consultancy has a core team of Consultants and Associates with a wide range of skills and experience drawn from the NHS and other public service organisations.

Stephen is the Principal Consultant of the Business Development Consultancy and has been with the Consultancy since it was founded in 1991. He works primarily in the areas of organisational and management development, human resource management and training. He has carried out work on behalf of the Business Development Consultancy throughout the NHS and other public service organisations, and has a background in HR, training and organisational development.

He has worked on a diverse range of projects including developing a competency based approach for several clients, designing and delivering management development and training solutions, job evaluation exercises and recruitment and selection assignments. He also acts as an External Advisor for the Institute of Health Care Management.

Michele Gadsby MSc, Grad CIPD

Michele is a Senior Consultant and has a background in medical education, human resource management and learning and development within the NHS. Her work includes leading on the design and delivery of a range of nationally accredited leadership development programmes and also involves working with clients on leadership and management development, coaching and facilitating groups to meet organisational needs.

Eileen Brennan

Eileen is the Business Support Manager for the Business Development Consultancy. She provides a professional business support service to the BDC on all consultancy, training and research activities ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered. She is also the first point of contact with our clients. Eileen joined the Business Development Consultancy in 1999.

Eileen has a background in training administration in the private sector and her skills are used to good effect. She provides support to the qualification based programmes, administers the 'tailor made programmes' and also provides assistance on recruitment and selection assignments.

Lynn Wesbury

Lynn joined the BDC in January 2003, and provides clerical and administrative support to the whole team and to the BDC's training portfolio. She is often the first point of contact for all programme participants.
